As a birth doula, I offer support throughout pregnancy, during labor and birth, and in the initial postpartum period.
Pregnancy

Two prenatal visits to get to know one another, discuss your desired birth, and prepare for it together

Reflective, embodied, prayerful practices to process how you are approaching birth and motherhood

Text, call, and email support throughout pregnancy during daytime hours and anytime in urgent cases
Labor & Birth
Continuously available support for you and your partner in labor, starting when we have agreed this will be helpful --
Based on your desires, I offer a peaceful presence, encouragement, prayer, physical support, guidance for labor's progression, and advocacy.
Postpartum

Assistance with your transition and breastfeeding in the couple hours after birth

90-minute in-home postpartum visit to process your birth, support your breastfeeding, and help you feel resourced moving forward
Full Service: $1200
$600 deposit + remaining $600 by the start of 37 weeks gestation
